A Comprehensive Bullying Prevention Program in Year 7: Cooperative Learning, Role-Play and WebQuests to Foster the Inclusion of Newly Arrived Students
Keywords:
methodology, empathy, training, bully and victim.Abstract
This document presents an Anti-Bullying Intervention Program, outlining the various components that constitute it. Additionally, it provides a brief contextualization of the educational institution where the program would be implemented, as well as the rationale behind its development. It is therefore essential to highlight the importance of using active methodologies, in which students take a central role in their own learning and acquire key competencies through this process. Moreover, the proposed activities aim to promote both integration and inclusion of newly enrolled students, as belonging to a different culture and having limited proficiency in Spanish may increase their vulnerability to bullying. In this context, the Intervention Program is designed to prevent instances of bullying.
